1st Stage's Production Of A NEW BRAIN Opens In Tysons!

From the Tony Award-winning author William Finn and James Lapine comes an energetic, sardonic, and comical musical. When what was thought to be a life-threatening neurological disorder turns out to be treatable, Gordon is grateful for a second chance to create his own art.

BWW Review: Signature's SILVER BELLES Is More Nice than Naughty

With a 75 minute runtime, the show never becomes cloyingly sweet or as indigestible as a fruit cake, as happens with too many holiday specials. The musical has all the makings of a Hallmark Channel Christmas movie, with just a touch of tongue-and-cheek humor to give it a little zing.

Government in gridlock! Parties refusing to compromise! A charismatic leader ruling as much by personal appeal as by principles! No, not the present day - Shaw's 'political extravaganza,' written in the past and set in the future, is amazingly topical and as funny as it is foresighted. The Stage Guild presents GBS for the twentieth time!
