Last night, December 7, The Mint Theater Company opened its hotly anticipated production of So Help Me God!, toplined by Kristen Johnston and Anna Chlumsky, to critical raves. The Off-Broadway run, which began begin previews on November 18th runs through December 20. BroadwayWorld was on hand to capture the curtain call and after party!
Mint Theater Company today announced that its second offering of the season, So Help Me God! by Maurine Dallas Watkins (the author of Chicago, the play upon which the musical is based), will be directed by Mint Artistic Director Jonathan Bank, taking over for the previously announced Martin Platt, who has left the production for personal reasons.
