Rising Phoenix Repertory (Daniel Talbott, Artistic Director) has announced that it will present the world-premieres of three short plays by Amy Berryman, Larry Powell, and Helen Shang. The plays are commissioned by the company to be performed at Larry Edmunds Bookshop in downtown Hollywood, Sunday November 3rd at 7pm.

Cino Nights - The purchase of a book or poster gets you into this one-night only, site-specific theatrical event at Larry Edmunds Bookshop. New York's Rising Phoenix Repertory reprises its popular series in Los Angeles for the first time with seven commissioned, short, world premiere plays - all set in the bookshop - from some of theater's top contemporary writers. On March 16, 2015, the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle announced its winners and special awards for excellence in Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura County theater in the year 2014.
