MSG Entertainment (MSGE) and The Garden of Dreams Foundation announced today that its sold-out comedy event, Garden of Laughs, raised nearly $1.4 million to aid the Foundation's efforts to make dreams come true for children in need, making it the most successful fundraiser in Garden of Dreams' history.

After last year's critically-acclaimed debut, Zara Phillips' inspiring one-woman show, 'Beneath My Father's Sky' has been invited back to the United Solo Festival in New York City beginning tonight, November 1st, 2014. The performance, which takes place during National Adoption Month, follows Zara's path to locate her birth father and reveals the many emotions, longings, disappointments and realities that journey entails. Reedus, Cohan and McDaniels will appear on Saturday and Sunday, May 31-June 1, and Fillion will attend on Saturday only; the others are scheduled for all three days.

The Public Theater will continue its Public Forum season with PUBLIC FORUM SOLO: JOSEPH STIGLITZ ON THE RICH AND POOR on Monday, December 9 at 7:00 p.m. at Joe's Pub. This one-night-only event will feature a talk by Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz on income inequality and what the artistic community can do about it, followed by a conversation featuring Darryl McDaniels of Run-DMC, Artistic Director Oskar Eustis, and Public Works Director Lear deBessonet.

Yesterday, the Garden of Dreams Foundation and the New York-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital unveiled the refurbishments in the Children's Diagnostic Radiology Center made possible by a grant from Garden of Dreams. Celebrities including the Rockettes, John Starks, Rod Gilbert, Adam Graves, Darryl 'DMC' McDaniels joined patients and Hospital staff for the ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate and unveil the new corridor.
