On May 22nd, first generation British punk icons The Damned return to US shores for a select number of dates on both the east and west coasts with special performances at Punk Rock Bowling and Camp Anarchy.  Upon announcement, the hearts of The Damned's legions of loyal fans were elated to hear that Dave Vanian, Captain Sensible, Monty and Pinch will be joined by the triumphant return of 'Black Album' and 'Strawberries'-era bassist Paul Gray.

In the week leading up to the hugely-anticipated release of 'Evil Spirits', the first new album in ten years from British punk rock icons The Damned, the band are giving the world another fresh taste of their new material today with the release of 'Procrastination' for download/stream on Spotify.

Some ten years since the release of their last studio recordings, The Damned return with a new album, 'Evil Spirits', to be released April 13th on Search And Destroy/Spinefarm Records, preceded by new single 'Standing On The Edge Of Tomorrow' streaming online today ahead of their forthcoming Evil Spirits UK tour starting January 26th.

Over forty years since their initial explosion across the fledgling London punk scene, and some ten years since the release of their last studio recordings, British punk legends The Damned are set to return in 2018 with both new material and an extensive UK tour.

X Factor 2010 winner Matt Cardle will make a very special appearance at both Rewind Scotland and Rewind North this summer, joining The Trevor Horn Band during their set at Rewind Scotland at Scone Place in Perthshire on Saturday 22nd July, 2017 and Rewind North at Capesthorne Hall on Saturday 5th August, 2017.

???????REWIND The 80s Festival - the world's biggest 80s music festival, is back with three UK festivals during July and August 2017.

Following a sold-out fifth year in June 2016, Camden Rocks Festival has today announced the first names for the 2017 line-up. Punk legends The Damned, stoner rock giants Orange Goblin, and The Ruts DC are the first to be revealed from the bill.

In the spirit of the critically acclaimed and historic 'Space Ritual' tour of 1973, Nik Turner's Hawkwind plan to blow minds on their sonic and visually stimulating journey on their 2014 North American tour with Portland's own Witch Mountain and SF bay area Krautrockers Hedersleben. Starting in August, this package tour is not to be missed by anyone, in hopes to enlighten and inspire both people who have witnessed last year's tour or any of Nik's tours prior and the first timers, bringing sonic traditions of old to the forefront of 2014. Attendees and Nik Turner's Hawkind fans will not be disappointed. Though staying true to the spirit of Space Ritual as a concept, don't be surprised to hear other classics, songs off of the 2013 release 'Space Gypsy' album and perhaps a new song or two as Nik Turner prepares to return to the studio after the tour. Nik also has a new fusion project forthcoming featuring Billy Cobham and Chris Poland (Megadeth) later this year.

Due to the runaway success of the second annual "Rewind Scotland - The 80s Festival" at Scone Palace, Perthshire in 2012, the weekend festival returns for the third year! As with last year's unforgettable concert performances and audience participation, this year's Rewind Scotland boasts another impressive line-up of the creme de la creme of 80s pop artists.
