WIMBERLEY Opens at Midtown International Theatre Festival
Years after leaving home, Evan returns to Wimberley, Texas in search of his best friend and foster brother, Todd. Can Evan convince Todd to leave town with him? The glory days of these two ex-athletes are over.As Todd and Evan come to terms with the consequences of their actions, the boundaries of their friendship and sexuality are tested.
Written by Julia Rae Maldonado, WIMBERLEY began its journey at the acclaimed Actor's Studio Drama School at Pace University and is now making its Off-Broadway debut at the Midtown International Theatre Festival. Co-directed by Michael Blatt & Bianca Puorto and featuring the acting talents of Peter Ferraiolo and Josh Trant, WIMBERLEY opens October 31st, with additional performances on November 3rd, 4th and 5th.
