Based on the beloved book by Louisa May Alcott,

Little Women follows the adventures of Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy March as they grow up in Civil War America. The irresistible Jo sweeps us into her imaginary world as each March sister works to fulfill her own dreams. Their mother watches over all and awaits the return of her husband safe from the war.

Character Descriptions:

Amy March: The youngest, most energetic sister.
Female, 14-18 yrs old
Range: Cb4 - Gb5

Aunt March: A formidable, over-bearing matron and wealthy socialite.
Female, 45-60 yrs old
Range: E3 - F5

Beth March: The second youngest sister who dies tragically of scarlet fever.

Female, 17-21 yrs old

Jo March: Our story's protagonist: passionate, adventurous, and brave.
Female, 18-23 yrs old

Laurie Laurence: The bright-eyed boy-next-door with considerable charm.
Male, 18-23 yrs old

Marmee March: The girls' mother and strong backbone of the family.
Female, 45-55 yrs old

Meg March: The world-weary, yet hopeful, oldest sister .

Mr. John Brooke: Laurie's tutor and eventually, Meg's husband.

Professor Bhaer: German Professor who ultimately falls in love with Jo.

Characters from the operatic tragedies will be doubled by members of the cast.
