HOLLAND AMERICA LINE - IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENTS - RWS & ASSOCIATES
Emmy Award Winning RWS & Associates is seeking immediate replacement principal singers for brand-new productions aboard Holland America Line’s ms Koningsdam. As a part of the show package, RWS will be developing a completely original musical written by Kooman + Dimond and directed by Al Blackstone as well as a rock revue show in partnership with Billboard Magazine. Both productions will debut exclusively upon the ms Koningsdam’s inaugural voyage.

Open Call for Male and Female Singers (Union/Non-Union) will be held Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 10:00AM (sign-in at 9:30AM) at Pearl Studios, 500 8th Ave (btwn 35th and 36th Sts), 12th Floor, NYC.
Vocalists must have a strong stage presence and magnetic star quality.
Seeking the following roles:
MALE SINGERS: Any ethnicity. Should read late 20s to early 40s. 5’10” or taller. Attractive, leading men who can command a stage and tell a story. Sensational tenors with strong falsetto. Contemporary sounding voices with the ability to perform pop/rock. VOCAL RANGE: Low A to High Bb. Strong harmonizing skills a must. Must be comfortable with guest interaction.
FEMALE SINGERS: Any ethnicity. Should read late 20s to early 40s. 5’5” or taller. Attractive, mature leading ladies who can command a stage and tell a story. Sensational belters with strong mix and head voice. Contemporary sounding voices with the ability to perform pop/rock. VOCAL RANGE: Low G to High F (belt). Strong harmonizing skills a must. Must be comfortable with guest interaction.
ALL performers MUST be 21 or over at the time of audition.
WHAT TO PREPARE: Please prepare 16 bars of a pop/rock song, as well as 16 bars of a contemporary musical theatre song showing range and personality. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist will be provided. Bring headshot and resume stapled together. You may be called back to move later the same day; bring dance clothes/shoes.
Rehearsal in NYC: Starting immediately through March 10, 2016?
*No rehearsals December 21-27, 2015?
Embarkation: March 11, 2016 ?
Disembarkation: August 7, 2016
Pay Rate: $1,600/week on board.
