As a founding member of the PBS super group, the Irish Tenors, Anthony Kearns presents an extraordinary repertoire, with music from Ireland to Broadway, to the inspirational to the spiritual, a concert you will not soon forget. With his powerful lyrical tenor voice, flawless technique, and skillful interpretation of many and varied musical genres, Mr. Kearns is recognized as one of the world's foremost tenors, performing at concerts, high-profile celebrity engagements, major television appearances, with piano accompaniment in a recital format, as a guest soloist with some of the world's finest symphony orchestras, and on opera stages in Europe and America.
Acknowledged as "Ireland's Finest Tenor" at the Dublin National Concert Hall's Silver Jubilee in 2006, Kearns is a respected ambassador of Ireland to the world and has presented the music of his homeland across the globe. A frequent performer in the nation's most prestigious venues from Carnegie Hall, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, on the grounds of the U.S. Capitol to the Hollywood Bowl, Mr. Kearns is a classically trained tenor with the incredible ability to sing what audiences love to hear.
