Shelby, a feisty parolee follows her dream to a small Northwoods town in Wisconsin where she finds a place for herself working at Hannahs Spitfire Grill.The Grill is for sale but, since there are no takers for the only eatery in the depressed town, newcomer Percy convinces Hannah to raffle it off.
