Wrapped in a shell of balloons, blankets and joysticks, the dancer Mat Voorter miles turns into strange creatures and outdoor meeting others. Here, nothing is normal, or rather, everything is amazing! Between poetry and humor, "Dance music disguised expanded on" re-enchants the world from physical constraints. The piece is a solo Mat Voorter on "Sonatas and Interludes for prepared piano" by John Cage (1946-1948), performed live by Daan Vandewalle. A prepared piano is a piano that simple screws, erasers or pieces of rubber placed between the strings result in strangely familiar sonic territory as incredible. Applying this idea to the body, Thomas Hauert has created a show that allows a demonstration of imagination and away from the theatrical narrative.
