It’s “Transylvania Mania” as Mel Brooks turns the iconic gags from his famous 1974 comedy film into musical magic! Respected Dr. Frederick Frankenstein (pronounced “Fronkensteen,” please) inherits the family castle and reluctantly goes into the monster-making business with hunchback (“What hump?”) Igor and sexy Inga, the yodeling lab assistant. Frau Blücher, the creepy housekeeper, is still frightening the horses and the Monster is still “Puttin’ On the Ritz.” This laugh-out-loud musical starts the season with a jolt of excitement!
