SEEKING
[FEMALE SINGING ENSEMBLE]
Ensemble, Female, 20-50. Any ethnicity. Seeking a vibrant, diverse ensemble in terms of race, ethnicity, type and age. Every member of the ensemble will play all of the races and classes in the show – Egyptians, Hebrews and Midians. They must be committed to all of their roles and bring depth and humanity to each part they portray. They must all be strong singers and comfortable with “legit” vocal styles (high sopranos, tenors, and low basses) as well as more contemporary/belt styles.
PREPARATION
Please prepare 16 bars of a song of your choice in the style of the show. Contemporary Musical Theatre or Classic. No pop/rock. Bring sheet music; an accompanist will be provided.
Please bring a picture and resume, stapled together.

This production will honor that legacy by casting performers of the world’s many races and ethnicities to play characters from all the cultures portrayed in the show.
