All role open except for Harold Hill. There will be three AEA contracts available for the ensemble.
Preparation
Women should wear character heels and men should wear any dance shoe.

Marian Paroo: age 25-35. Leading lady, excellent voice, strong actress, moves well, confident. Soprano: Low G to High A
Marcellus Washburn: age 30-40. Good actor, comic timing, sings and dances. Tenor: G to High A
Mrs Paroo: age 50-60. Irish mother to Marian and Winthrop, good actress, singer, capable of Irish Brogue. Mezzo Soprano: A Flat to E Flat.
Mayor Shinn: age 50-60. Good actor, comic timing. Non-singing
Eulalie Shinn: age 50-60. Good actress, comic timing, good singer, moves well. Alto: D - High D
Winthrop: age 7-12. Young shy son of Mrs Paroo and brother of Marian, capable of lisp, sings and dances. Alto: C-High E Flat
Amaryllis: age 7-12. Good actress, same age as Winthrop, slightly bratty. Alto: C to E
Charlie Cowell: age 30-50. Good actor, strong speaking voice. Non-singer
Tommy Djilas: age 16-18. Handsome teen heartthrob, good actor, excellent dancer, singer. Must attend the dance call.
Zaneeta Shinn: age 14-18. Good actress, excellent dancer, singer. Love interest to Tommy. Must attend the dance
