VIDEO: Justin Bieber Performs New Single 'What Do You Mean?' & More on TODAY

For the first time since drawing massive crowds with his 2012 performance, Justin Bieber returned to NBC's TODAY for a special live concert on Rockefeller Plaza, today. In his fifth TODAY summer concert, the multi-platinum superstar treated fans and "Beliebers" to a show featuring five of his hottest hits, including the new single, "What Do you Mean?," off his highly-anticipated album. Bieber's fourth studio album is set to release on November 13.

Bieber's performance closes out the 20th annual "Toyota Concert Series on TODAY," and fans can follow on social media using #BieberTODAY.
