On today's edition of CBS' THE TALK, co-host Julie Chen admitted that while working in Dayton, Ohio at 25, she underwent plastic surgery to make her eyes 'bigger.' The procedure was originally suggested by her acting news director at the time, saying, according to Chen, that due to her ethnicity, she: "look[ed] disinterested and bored because [her] eyes are so heavy, they are so small."

After one of her agents later said the same thing, Chen agreed to have the elective surgery done.
