María Celeste Arrarás is one of the best-known faces in Spanish-language news on television. In addition to leading the news magazine "Al Rojo Vivon María Celeste," she is co-anchor of Telemundo's flagship daily newscast, "Noticiero Telemundo." She is also a familiar presence on English-language television, where she has been invited to serve as guest anchor of NBC's "Today Show" and is a contributor to "Dateline" and "NBC Nightly News." María Celeste has appeared on the cover of People en Español more than 14 times and graced the front of Newsweek's special issue on "Women and Leadership: The Next Generation" in 2009. She has been quoted in countless articles in publications such as The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune, The Washington Post and The Miami Herald, and People en Español named her best news anchor in its 2012 end-of-year issue.

Born in Puerto Rico, María Celeste began her television career there as a local reporter for Canal 24 in 1986. She was hired by Telemundo's New York affiliate and in 1994 went on to work for "Primer Impacto" on Univision. She rejoined Telemundo in 2002.
