Rob Riggle to Lead Fox's Comedy Pilot THE GABRIELS

Rob Riggle has officially signed on to star in Fox's upcoming comedy pilot, THE GABRIELS, Deadline has announced. The project, written by Andrew Gurland and Justin Hurwitz, was previously titled HOUSE RULES.

Riggle is set to play the father of the Gabriel clan, a neurotic family who despise everythign 'normal,' who are striving to fit into a small Midwestern town. Jason Winer is set to direct the pilot. Gurland and Hurwitz will also serve as executive producers.

Riggle most recently appeard in 21 JUMP STREET, THE LORAX, and guest starred on Fox's NEW GIRL, opposite Zooey Deschanel.
