Oxygen Names Benny Reuven VP of Development

After recently revealing an exciting new development slate, Oxygen Media today announces the hire of Benny Reuven as Vice President of Development. Based in Los Angles, Reuven will report in to Cori Abraham, Senior Vice President of Development & International and is charged with continuing to develop real lifestyle programming that speaks to the passions and interests of the network's young multicultural female audience. Reuven joins Oxygen Media from Wilshire Studios where he served as Vice President, Development and Programming.

"Benny's immense talent paired with his well-rounded background fits perfectly with Oxygen's commitment to developing unique original programming," said Cori Abraham, Senior Vice President of Development & International. "With both production and network experience he is an incredible asset to our team."

Prior to joining Wilshire Studios, Reuven founded 3RB Entertainment where he led the development team as well as all facets of production. He previously launched a US office for UK based Love Productions developing original content and adaptations for many different formats. Additionally, Reuven spent two years at OWN: OPRAH WINFREY NETWORK as a programming and development executive playing an integral role in the network's launch. With over twelve years of producing experience, Reuven has developed and produced content for many broadcast and major cable networks including "Chef Wanted," "Farmer Wants a Wife," "Kid Nation," "Miami Ink," "Trading Spouses" and "Kidnapped By The Kids."
