"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" is bringing back "Top Teacher Week," the show's week-long tribute to the best of America's educators, for its fifth year, and there's still time for "LIVE's" viewers to nominate the best teachers in their communities for the honor.

"LIVE" is looking for teachers who make a difference in and out of the classroom, who make their students' lives better, their schools better, or even those who go above and beyond to serve their communities as a whole. The deadline for submission is April 21, 2014, and the top five outstanding nominees will be showcased on "LIVE" the week of May 12-16, 2014.

Last year, special education teacher Suzette Steward from Cinco Ranch Junior High School in Katy, Texas, was voted the overall 2013 Top Teacher by "LIVE's" viewers. Steward, a dedicated teacher in and out of the classroom, was nominated by a school parent, who wrote, "There is not minute of her life that she is not working or helping the Katy kids." Steward captured the hearts of the "LIVE" audience and took home a brand-new 2014 Ford Escape, as well as a $25,000 check for Cinco Ranch Junior High School, courtesy of the Hillshire Brands Company.

Nominations can come from individuals or groups and must include the teacher's name, the name of the school where he or she works, and, most importantly, what makes that teacher so unique and special. All teachers are eligible, from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade.
