"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" has finished #1 for the late-night ratings week of Sept. 14-18 in adults 18-49 and total viewers, remaining the late-night leader in the key 18-49 demo and moving ahead of "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" in total viewers in the new CBS series' second week.
Fallon won four of five nights of the week versus Colbert in both measures, only trailing "Late Show" on Thursday, the night it was boosted by a high-rated NFL overrun, and Fallon claimed that night in total viewers despite the NFL lead-in for Colbert. At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" decisively topped CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden" in both 18-49 and total viewers and, despite the later hour, nearly matched ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" in 18-49 (0.46 vs. 0.47). Meyers outrated Kimmel in men 18-49 (0.44 vs. 0.36) and men 25-54 (0.54 vs. 0.47). Fallon led the 11:35 hour in adults 18-49, adults 18-34, adults 25-54, total viewers and nearly all other key measures. Meyers topped Corden in virtually every key category and, in their head-to-head half-hour, beat ABC's "Nightline" in all key measures from 12:30-1 a.m. ET. WEEK 52 Show...18-49...total viewersVideos
