NBC's TODAY to Celebrate 1-Year Anniversary of The Orange Room with Special Livestream Event

In celebration of the one year anniversary of TODAY's first-of-its-kind digital studio, the Orange Room, Carson Daly will host a livestream event on Tuesday, September 16 beginning at 7:20am ET. "The Orange Room Show," an hour-long special, will stream live on TODAY.com and feature an unplugged performance from multi-platinum singer Phillip Phillips as well as unforgettable surprises and special guest appearances. Portions of "The Orange Room Show" will simulcast live on TODAY.

Throughout the hour, Carson will look back at the Orange Room's biggest headlines and most memorable moments since its debut, from the launch of #DearCongress to the Orange Room puppy party, and he will go behind the scenes of Studio 1A. Viewers are invited to join the celebration and share photos of their Orange Room pride using #SeeingOrange. TODAY hosts and producers will take live questions from the Orange Room and Twitter, and submitted photos may be featured throughout TODAY's coverage.

TODAY's Orange Room allows audiences to interact and connect with the show in a variety of new ways across all media. The Orange Room is the home for TODAY's original digital franchises, including Versus, Orange Room Roulette, Behind The Tweet, On The Road With, and What I Wore TODAY.
