NBC is currently #1 for the night among ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, as well as total viewers -- in the fast-national ratings.

In metered-market results, which accurately reflect time-zone adjustments, last night's San Francisco 49ers-Denver Broncos "Sunday Night Football" telecast averaged a 14.8 rating, 24 share from 8:30-11:30 p.m. ET in household results from the 56 markets metered by Nielsen Media Research. Despite the game's 42-17 outcome, NBC won the night in metered-market primetime household and 18-49 averages.

The 14.8 overnight rating is "Sunday Night Football's" best since the Sunday season premiere on Sept. 7.

The metered-market household rating peaked at a 17.0/25 in the 9:30-10 p.m. ET half-hour when Peyton Manning threw an NFL-record 509th career touchdown pass.

Top local ratings for the 49ers-Broncos game on NBC were: Denver, 47.1/68; Sacramento, 26.8/42; San Francisco, 26.1/46; Las Vegas, 20.5/31; Phoenix, 20.4/33; Memphis, 20.2/28; Indianapolis, 20.1/34; Albuquerque, 19.8/29; Knoxville, 18.4/29; and San Diego, 18.1/31.
