In a "TODAY" television exclusive, Facebook's chairman and chief executive officer Mark Zuckerberg talks to Savannah Guthrie as he celebrates a milestone - the company's 10th anniversary. Zuckerberg told Guthrie that he always thought there would be a service that would connect the world, but "he never thought they'd be the ones to help do it."
He added: "When I look back over the last 10 years, one of the questions that I ask myself is, why were we the ones to help do this? And I think a lot of what it comes down to is, we just cared more." The interview will air on TODAY, Tuesday, February 4th. In a candid and wide-ranging interview, Zuckerberg reflects on everything from Facebook's rocky IPO rollout to its latest earnings report, security issues, and the future of Facebook. He also talks about turning 30 this year and life with his wife Priscilla Chan. An excerpt from the interview follows. The interview will air in full on NBC's "TODAY" on Tuesday, February 4, 2014. SAVANNAH GUTHRIE: It seems like you've always wanted Facebook to be more than just a place to trade your vacation pictures or maybe stalk an ex-boyfriend or girlfriend.
