"Meet the Press with Chuck Todd" closed out 2015 with its widest quarterly advantage over ABC's "This Week" in two years and its largest total viewer audience since 2008. The NBC broadcast finished within 100,000 total viewers of CBS' "Face the Nation" for the second straight quarter, despite rating for a total of 223 minutes longer because CBS only rates the first 30 minutes of its hour-long program.

MTP also delivered its largest 4Q demo audience in three years, topping the CBS half hour average among viewers A25-54 for the second straight quarter. MTP narrowed the demo gap with ABC to the closest margin since 2Q 2013, despite rating 122 minutes longer over the course of the quarter.

Compared to 4Q 2014, MTP posted the biggest gains among the Sunday shows in both total viewers (+27%) and the key demo (+20%). The NBC broadcast cut the total viewer gap with CBS by 86% year-to-year, and narrowed the demo margin with ABC by 59%.

The NBC broadcast was #1 among younger viewers A18-49 , marking its best 4Q average and widest 4Q margin over ABC since 2012. MTP increased +19% among A18-49 viewers versus 4Q 2014.
