Kevin Ortiz Premieres New Music Video 'A Los 18' Exclusively on Telemundo

Charismatic Regional Mexican singer Kevin Ortiz will exclusively premiere his new music video, “A Los 18” featuring Beto Vega today on TELEMUNDO’s “Al Rojo Vivo con Maria Celeste” (4pm/3c) today. The video will have encore presentations across the network’s shows including “Titulares y Más” (11:35pm/10:35c), and tomorrow on “Un Nuevo Día” (7am/6c) and “Suelta la Sopa” (2pm/3c), and across key markets including Miami, New York, Puerto Rico, Los Angeles, Chicago, Las Vegas, Denver, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, San Francisco, Tucson and McAllen on the entertainment program “Acceso Total.” The video will also premiere in its entirety on NBC UNIVERSO during the cable network’s UNIVERSO: NOW (10am/9c) music block on Saturday, July 16.

Kevin Ortiz is the fourth of five children, including regional Mexican star, Gerardo Ortiz. From very small age, his inclination for music was noticeable, learning to play the accordion at only five years old. His love for singing was rewarded when his brother, Gerardo, made his dream come true by writing and producing his first single, “Un Minuto.”

At only 17, his charisma and energy propelled him into a solo career. In early 2013, Kevin signed his first recording contract with BadSin Records, founded by Gerardo Ortiz. His first release, “Con La Misma Sangre,” debuted at # 1 on iTunes Latino chart and also reached # 1 on the Billboard Regional Mexican Albums chart. With millions of visitors on social media and hundreds of thousands of followers, Kevin Ortiz is in the spotlight of the entire industry with his second album, the first under Sony Music Latin.
