Jenny McCarthy in 'Serious Talks' to Join THE VIEW?

According to Us Weekly, Jenny McCarthy is now "in serious talks" to replace Joy Behar on THE VIEW. McCarthy is currently host of her own show on VH1.

"Her own show isn't quite working out, so she's definitely open to it," a source told Us Weekly.

Behar will Exit The View in August 2013 when her contract expires. Brooke Shields is also rumored to be replacing Elisabeth Hasselbeck when she leaves this fall, and Barbara Walters has confirmed that she will be retiring the summer of 2014.

Behar and Walters are the final two original VIEW members remaining on the show since its inception over 16 years ago.
