HYDE PARK ON HUDSON Coming to DVD & On Demand 4/9

From Roger Michell, the acclaimed director of Notting Hill, comes Hyde Park of Hudson, a charming and fresh look at one of the most pivotal meetings in history. Starring Academy Award nominees Bill Murray (Lost in Translation, Moonrise Kingdom) and Laura Linney (The Savages, Love Actually), Hyde Park on Hudson explores the mysteries of love and friendship, and the bond between U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt (Murray) and his neighbor and intimate Margaret Suckley (Linney). In 1939, as Great Britain faces the imminent war with Germany, FDR invites the King and Queen of England for a June weekend at his Upstate NY home. During this first-ever visit of a reigning British monarch to America, international affairs must be juggled with the complexities of FDR's domestic establishment.

Focus Features' Hyde Park on Hudson is available on Blu-ray Combo Pack with UltraViolet, on DVD and On Demand on April 9, 2013, from Universal Studios Home Entertainment; and is available on Digital Download beginning March 26, 2013.

Spotlighting Murray in his Golden Globe Award-nominated performance as FDR as well as Olivia Colman in her British Independent Film Award-winning performance as the Queen, Hyde Park on Hudson also stars Samuel West (Notting Hill), Elizabeth Marvel (Burn After Reading), Elizabeth Wilson (The Birds), and Olivia Williams (Anna Karenina) as Eleanor Roosevelt.
