Two new series that showcase the high stakes risks of competitive real estate deal making will premiere on HGTV in March. Flip It to Win It, a new multi-team competition, premieres on Tuesday, March 4, at 11 p.m. ET/PT. In each episode, six teams of west coast real estate experts battle it out in the ultimate real estate challenge to buy and transform auctioned homes into dream homes and then successfully flip them for top dollar. In New House, New Life, premiering Thursday, March 6, at 11 p.m. ET/PT, HGTV will follow city dwellers who are ready to leave The Hustle of urban living to relocate to quieter locales.

"Programs that showcase real people as they contemplate taking risks in the real estate market or make life-changing decisions about their lifestyle continue to be very popular with audiences," said Steven Lerner, senior Vice president, programming and development, HGTV and DIY Network. "Shows like Flip It to Win It and New House, New Life will resonate with viewers and inspire them to think outside their comfort zone."

In Flip It to Win It, six teams of expert flippers go from the court house to open house in a battle for dilapidated homes that they'll buy sight unseen. Three teams will then take the houses from auction, to renovation, to market to see which one goes for top dollar. In the end, viewers will find out who took the biggest risk and who came out ahead when the competitors Flip it to Win it.

New House, New Life features life-long urbanites with a chance to ditch The Hustle and bustle and find a quieter existence where they can chase a long-held dream. From Colorado's mountains to Montana's lakes and California's beaches, each episode of the series features city slickers traveling to the most stunning locations in America. Sometimes the grass is greener beyond the city limits.
