Actor/Comedian Jon Lovitz' stand-up comedy special, 'Jon Lovitz Presents,' with a premiere date of April 23rd at 9:00 p.m. ET on Showtime Networks, is available now for pre-order on and on DVD and iTunes, May 24, 2011. The special, which will run on Showtime throughout May and beyond, was produced by Laugh Out Loud (LOL) Comedy Inc., a full service comedy production company founded by entertainment veterans/comedy producers Scott Montoya and Neal Marshall.

Filmed in front of a sold out audience of 1,700 in San Bernardino, CA, Jon Lovitz brings to Showtime the best performers from his own Jon Lovitz Comedy Club, with hilarious performances by seasoned veterans; Quinn Dahle, Ian Bagg, Al Del Bene and Daryl Wright.

With purchase of the DVD, users will receive a 4-day/3-night hotel stay in Cancun, Mexico, compliments of Yucatan Holidays. When the DVD is inserted into the TV or computer, a code will appear on the screen for users to redeem the vacation to Mexico. Taxes and fees apply.

Comedian, actor, and singer Jon Lovitz entered the world of stand-up comedy in 1984. He is best known as a cast member of the NBC sketch comedy show, Saturday Night Live from 1985 to 1990. One of his most notable SNL characters was "Tommy Flanagan, The Pathological Liar" who used the old catch phrase, "Yeah! That's the ticket!." Lovitz was nominated for an Emmy his first two years on Saturday Night Live.

The Jon Lovitz Comedy Club at Universal CityWalk at the famed Universal Studios, offers comedy-lovers a bright, tropical setting, featuring Hollywood's funniest stand-up comics and "A-List" stand-up comedians headlining Thursday through Saturday and an "Open Mic" night where aspiring comics hone their skills.
