Christoph Waltz to Star in TULIP FEVER

The Hollywood Reporter writes that Oscar-winner Christoph Waltz (Django Unchained) will star in Justin Chadwick's upcoming film TULIP FEVER, based on the novel by Deborah Moggach.

TULIP FEVER will center on the love story of a man and a woman during an era when Dutch painters began to craft artwork that would go on to become masterpieces.

The film will also star Dane DHaan and Alicia Vikander.

The project is being produced by Alison Owen's Ruby Films and The Weinstein Company.

Waltz has received two Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actor for his performances in Quentin Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds and Django Unchained.

His upcoming big screen projects include Muppets Most Wanted, Big Eyes, Horrible Bosses 2, Candy Store and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales. Other recent credits include The Zero Theorem, Epic, Carnage, The Three Musketeers, Water for Elephants, The Green Hornet and more.
