Chicago's The Fifty/50 Hosts ADAM RICHMAN'S BEST SANDWICH IN AMERICA Watch Party, 6/20

Wicker Park upscale sports bar The Fifty/50 (2047 W Division St) will host a viewing party for "Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America" at 8pm on Wednesday, June 20 when one of its sandwiches, The Four-Courser, will be featured on the Travel Channel TV show.

The Fifty/50 will sell The Four-Courser for only $4 (regularly priced at $10) all day and night of the viewing party.

The Four-Courser is made by taking a whole Duroc pork shoulder sprinkled with Fifty/50’s BBQ rub, smoking it in-house over apple wood for 13 hours, hand-pulling the pork, and then tossing it in a gouda béchamel. It’s then topped with battered and fried jalapenos, BBQ sweet potato chips, a mac ‘n’ cheese waffle, and smoky sweet BBQ sauce. The Four-Courser is served on a warm pretzel bun and with a choice of regular, waffle, or sweet potato fries on the side.

There will be a hosted cocktail reception by Fireball whisky from 8pm to 9pm during the viewing of "Adam Richman’s Best Sandwich in America" -- which will be shown on the bar’s 18 flatscreens with sound. Other drink specials include $3 Fireball whisky shots and $5 Bacardi mojitos all day and night.
