CBS's NCIS, PERSON OF INTEREST Post Growth in Key Demo

NCIS and Person of Interest both posted growth in adults 18-49 from their last original episodes, while NCIS: Los Angeles swept its time period, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for April 29.

At 8:00 PM, NCIS was first in viewers (16.98m) and adults 25-54 (3.7/10) and second in adults 18-49 (2.5/08, -0.2 behind NBC). Compared to the last first-run episode on April 15, NCIS was up +6% in adults 25-54 (from 3.5/10) and +14% in adults 18-49 (from 2.2/07). NCIS was Tuesday's most-watched program.

At 9:00 PM, NCIS: Los Angeles was first in viewers (14.78m), adults 25-54 (3.3/08) and adults 18-49 (2.1/06). NCIS: Los Angeles beat second-place NBC by +50% in adults 25-54 (vs. 2.2/05), +31% in adults 18-49 (vs. 1.6/04) and by +8.64m viewers (vs. 6.14m, +141%). Compared to the last first-run episode on April 15, NCIS: Los Angeles was even in both adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 and added +90,000 viewers (from 14.69m, +1%).

At 10:00 PM, Person of Interest was first in viewers (11.20m), adults 25-54 (2.8/07) and adults 18-49 (1.9/05). Compared to the last first-run episode on April 15, Person of Interest was up +4% in adults 25-54 (from 2.7/07), +6% in adults 18-49 (from 1.8/05) and added +460,000 viewers (from 10.74m, +4%).

For the night, CBS was first in viewers (14.32m), adults 25-54 (3.3/08) and adults 18-49 (2.2/06). CBS beat second place NBC by over +6.25m million viewers (vs. 8.05m, +78%), +22% in adults 25-54 (vs. 2.7/07) and +10% in adults 18-49 (vs. 2.0/06).
