Useful Jenkins is an acoustic campfire band that mixes unique rhythmic jam grass, with rootsy folk love! The band comprises of Pat Forsyth, Chuck Boeke, Travis Blunt, Brandon Wolters and Emily Mimier. Formed in Mankato, Minnesota they have been playing music together since 2002. Useful music was born in 2004 and the band was formed as a whole in 2007. They released their first album “Fast Eddie” in January 2009 at Pachyderm Studios.
Useful Jenkins plays over 100 shows a year and they love traveling the Festival Express. “The dirty path is better than the hard concrete.” Useful continues to offer their close knit and loyal fan base an innovative, unforgettable experience every show. Live shows are always high energy and exciting, while sending conscious messages to their crowds, and with their catchy harmony driven songs, you’ll be singing the tunes for days.
