THE QUIXOTE PROJECT

We hail from the great state of New Jersey and are a neo-roots music outfit. From Folk to Rockabilly, Bluegrass to Roots revival we like to pull from traditional lines to kick in the doors of modern music. Call this musical hodgepodge what you will but at the end of the day we strive to create one cohesive musical experience. With engrained stylings from the Pine Barrens, attention to melody with foot stomping beats, we are a band of musicians known as The Quixote Project. We play regularly in the Jersey and Philadelphia area at most venues and have been featured live on Gene Shay's folk show wxpn 88.5. We have shared the stage with notable artists such as the late Robert Hazard, Billy Ray Cyrus, Charlie Daniels, Ronnie Baker Brooks Band, Hoots & Hellmouth, The Ryan Montbeau Band, Josh Dion and many other talented local bands. With our self produced debut album "Earn Your Keep" under our belt, we have toured and gigged regularly for the past year to promote our show and sound. We have just released our 2nd album, "BUSY BEING BORN" and are eager to showcase what hard work and a constant pursuit of pushing the envelope sounds like.
