Eric Krasno Announces 'Daze Between Band' Show During Jazz Fest

Celebrated guitarist Eric Krasno (Soulive, Lettuce) has announced the third edition of his Daze Between Band in New Orleans, LA. The late-night show, now an annual tradition during Jazz Fest, will feature an all-star cast of musicians from Lettuce, Trey Anastasio Band, Ghost-Note, and more. The show will take place at the beloved French Quarter club, One Eyed Jacks on Wednesday, May 1st.

This year's lineup of the Daze Between Band will feature a stacked roster of incredibly talented musicians. Krasno has tapped his former Lettuce bandmates Nigel Hall and Ryan Zoidis on keys/vocals and saxophone, respectively. Hall and Zoidis have logged thousands of hours on stage with Krasno, and they display a sort of telepathic connectivity with him while performing. Former Snarky Puppy member and Ghost-Note leader Robert Sput Searight will be on hand to offer up his immense talents on the drums, and he will be joined in the rhythm section by his venerable partner-in-crime, the enigmatic bass hero and fellow Ghost-Note member, MonoNeon. Rounding out the band is the multi-talented vocalist and trumpet player from Trey Anastasio Band, Jennifer Hartswick, as well as the incredible, high-energy former Nth Power percussionist and current member of Trombone Shorty's touring band, Weedie Braimah.

Krasno needs no introduction to Jazz Fest audiences, having wowed crowds for years with his many appearances with Lettuce and Soulive, as well as the countless one-off shows and supergroups that he has been a part of. In 2017, Krasno started 'The Daze Between Band', and has since turned it into one of the most celebrated shows at Jazz Fest. Each year, fans can expect a killer lineup of players from across the live music spectrum coming together for an extremely special night of music. Previous versions of the Daze Between Band have featured appearances by Warren Haynes, Dave Schools, Oteil Burbridge, Marcus King, Scott Metzger, Jeff Sipe, Tom Hamilton, Shira Elias, Grahame Lesh& Elliot Peck, Nate Werth, and more, so you never know who might show up with The Daze Between Band!
