CBS's 60 MINUTES Makes Top 10 for 21st Time This Season

Make it five straight weeks in Nielsen's Top 10 for 60 MINUTES - its 21st time this season on the list. The CBS News magazine drew 10.3 million viewers to finish the week in third. It was 60 MINUTES's eighth placement among the top five broadcasts this season.

The program also made the Nielsen Top 10 in households, tying for third with a 6.6/12, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for May 1.

60 MINUTES was up +18% in households, +13% in adults 25-54, +11% in adults 18-49 and +19% in viewers compared to the same night last year. 60 MINUTES was the #1 program Sunday in viewers.

Sunday's broadcast featured Anderson Cooper's investigation of medical protective gowns, a Lesley Stahl report about the young founders of a financial technology start-up and Bill Whitaker's story on The Children's Village in Tanzania's Rift Valley.
