Ben Kingsley Signs On for NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 3

Sir Ben Kingsley is headed to the 'MUSEUM.'

According to Deadline, director Shawn Levy has enlisted Kingsley for NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM 3, in which he will play an "Egyptian pharaoh on display in the British museum, and he is revived by a magical tablet."

The film also stars Robin Williams, Ricky Gervais, Owen Wilson, Steve Coogan and Rebel Wilson.

Production on the film is expected to begin in February 2014.

The first NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM movie grossed $30 million on its opening weekend in December 2006, which led to a domestic draw of $177 million, with $412 million worldwide.
