Due to predicted extreme weather conditions and travel disruptions, the New York Philharmonic has had to cancel two rehearsals for the program of Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at 7:30 p.m.; Thursday, January 29 at 7:30 p.m.; Friday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m.; and Saturday, January 31 at 8:00 p.m., to be conducted by David Robertson. This has necessitated some changes in repertoire. Also due to the changes in rehearsal schedule, the Open Rehearsal scheduled for Wednesday, January 28 at 9:45 a.m. has been cancelled.

The new program will include Stravinsky's Firebird Suite (1919) (replacing the previously scheduled Song of The Nightingale). The rest of the program remains as scheduled: Rachmaninoff's Vocalise; Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 2, with Emanuel Ax as soloist; and Barto?k's The Miraculous Mandarin Suite.
