New Book Shows How Leader's Lack of Emphasis on Quality Hurts Society

One can look to a dictionary for definitions of the words "good" and "quality," but today their meaning has become muddied through subjectivity. Can a truly objective definition of quality be found? And where can it be applied?

Quality control engineer Spiro V. Haxhi has worked with this concept in mind for over 40 years. He has finally come up with equations and processes that can be applied to any government organization and be practiced by business leaders to help them fundamentally change their governing philosophies. Spiro V. Haxhi was born in Albania during World War II and received his bachelor's in mechanical engineering while there. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1996 and has worked as a quality control engineer and manager both here and in Albania. He currently works for the Quality Training Institute near Chicago, IL.
