J.K. Rowling Teases Next Project with Cryptic Twitter Image

J.K. Rowling shared a new header image on her Twitter page today and teased her fans about the next project she is working on.

The Harry Potter scribe chose to share Harmen Steenwyck's cryptic painting entitled "Still Life: An Allegory of the Vanities of Human Life," (see below) along with the message below:


When asked a fan of the author questioned her choice of the image, Rowling simply responded, "Don't you like it?" Little additional information was given.

The British novelist, screenwriter and film producer is best known as the author of the Harry Potter fantasy series. The books have gained worldwide attention, won multiple awards, and sold more than 400 million copies. They have become the best-selling book series in history and been the basis for a series of films over two decades.
