Elect A New Congress, Super Pac to All Americans, released its "Declaration of American Liberty" today. The Declaration outlines the bare bones requirements for restoring Liberty back into the operation of government, centered upon restoring the constitutional powers of Congress as the only means by which to deny the powers of the state from the control of "unprincipled men."

Currently, numerous political groups like Freedomworks, Campaign for Liberty, Tea Party, Occupy Wall Street, and others, have made Liberty a primary goal of their respective operations. This has spawned a nascent "Liberty Movement", to promote and restore Liberty to America and the government.

"It was our observation, that no one had performed a detailed study of Liberty, its history, what it means, and how it is suppose to work," announced Elect A New Congress founder, Wm W. Fawell. "With the Liberty Movement starting to grow, we felt someone needed to identify what exactly needs to be done in order to restore Liberty in the performance and operation of our national, and even state, governments."

"This is exactly what the "Declaration of American Liberty" hopes it has attained," directed Fawell, "and I believe we are spot on in our assessment."

"One of the bright spots in conducting this exercise is that we can now make Liberty our candidate, because we have a singular action and expectation of any candidate who wants our vote," Fawell explained. "The beauty of this is it cuts the cost of campaigning, allowing a larger number of qualified American's to run for Congress who have been kept away for this very reason."

"Understand," Fawell pointed out, "by promoting only one candidate for Congress, and not 535, we can stretch an advertising dollar thin enough to cover all America. Consequently, if a candidate wants the votes of Liberty loving voters, all they have to do is sign the Declaration, committing themselves to voting for the specific restoration of Liberty once they are elected to Congress."

"Liberty does the heavy lifting," explained Fawell. "Certainly, a candidate will still need to be qualified and will still need to finance a campaign. But it won't require a million dollars to run for the House, or millions to run for the Senate. It essentially negates a lot of lobbyist money, and these are the very rascals that are going to be tossed into a world of hurt if American's ever get back control of their government. An action that can only be attained by the restoration of Liberty."

"Liberty is a operating model of government," Fawell closed. "And the "Declaration of American Liberty" found at electanewcongress.com, unequivocally defines that model. Accordingly, EANC is willing to share the operation and access to the "Declaration of American Liberty", to all Liberty minded organizations, if they would like to include its specifications in their own efforts. We welcome all."
