DVR Alert: Tony Winner Leslie Odom Jr. to Perform on NBC's TODAY

NBC has announced that on Wednesday, August 3rd, Tony Award winner Leslie Odom Jr., who recently departed the hit Broadway musical HAMILTON, will perform on TODAY during the 10 am hour. Other guests scheduled to appear on the broadcast include Tony Bennett, Charlize Theron and Matthew McConaughey. The 10 am hour will also feature a Barbra Streisand Trivia Game.

Leslie Odom, Jr. recently won the 2016 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Leading Role in a Musical for his role as Aaron Burr in HAMILTON. Odom, Jr. has been nominated for the Drama Desk, Drama League and Lucille Lortel Awards. He's won the Princess Grace Award and an Astaire Award. His self-titled album of jazz music was released on June 10, 2016.
