I did a search and nothing came up... sorry if it's been discussed at length already.
I keep entering the HAIR virtual line each night only to lose when I check the results the following morning. Has anyone on here had luck with the virtual line? I really dont want to wait 8 hours in line to get tickets.

Well, you might be doing it backwards. You are suppose to submit from Midnight on for that nights performance. Then you check back after 1pm to find out if you have tix. (Maybe I just misunderstood your post.)
However: they old VERY few tix for the virtual line. I've only heard of 2 or three folks from here being successful and no one that I know personally has gotten in.
But if you have the day, I think its TOTALLY worth the wait! (And although I was in line that long, you probably could get there by 7 or 8 am and still get tix.)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

I have entered the virtual line every day since the show began and have not won once. Neither has a friend who has also entered practically every night.
If you don't wish to wait in the morning line. Try the cancelation line. It is usually shorter though more chancy.

I won on my second try. Guess I got lucky. I entered precisely at midnight, and when I logged on the next day, I saw I'd won a pair of tickets. You get a green message with instructions on where and how to pick up the tickets.
It does happen, so don't give up hope, and keep trying.

drama - i enter every night after midnight and then check at 1pm the following afternoon. i always get the same "unfortunately you did not win tickets to this performance" message.
i guess its just really really hard to win via the virtual line. Id love to go. we've never been to the Delacourt. I just cant imagine sitting in line for that long. I work during the week so I can only try it on the weekends and thats my time to sleep in a bit! :)

Millie, if you win tickets but do not pick them up by 7:30 sharp they are given to the stand by line.
