Tony Winner Faith Prince, Kerry Butler & More Join Buck Hill Skytop Music Festival Lineup

The Buck Hill Skytop Music Festival has added a collection of star Broadway performers to their opening concert. Broadway and West End veteran Alton Fitzgerald White (The Lion King, The Who's Tommy), Tony Award winner Faith Prince (Guys and Dolls, Disaster!), Tony Nominee Kerry Butler (Xanadu, Disaster!), and Drama Desk nominee Daniel Reichard (Jersey Boys) will give an inside look into their journey from the audition room all the way to opening night of the Broadway show that put them on the map. These four performers will be backed by a 16-piece Broadway orchestra.

As previously announced, Tony nominee Tony Yazbeck (On the Town, Finding Neverland) will conclude the Festival with his cabaret show, The Floor Above Me. The Hot Sardines, who are hot off the release of their new album, French Fries & Champagne, and have been touted by Forbes Magazine as "one of the best jazz bands in New York today," also headline.

The Buck Hill Skytop Music Festival holds its seventh annual season July 29th through August 7th at various locations in the Pocono region. Artistic Director Joey Chancey (An American In Paris, Beautiful) returns to lead the festival for his second year.

The festival will also include a the world premier of Catch the Wind, a new musical by Daniel Larson and Michelle Elliot. The musical will be presented in collaboration with NYU Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Writing Program.

Rounding out the festival are Lincoln Center's The National Chorale and the world-renowned chamber music of the Harlem Quartet. There will also be a presentation by the participants of the festival's brand new Music Fest Performing Arts Camp which is now accepting applications.
