Variety writes that Broadway Near You has picked up the rights to Stratford Festival's 2011 production of Shakespeare's TWELFTH NIGHT, starring Tony winner Brian Dennehy and directed by Des McAnuff. Look for the revamped rock version of the classic comedy in movie theaters later this year!

In addition to Dennehy as Sir Toby Belch, TWELFTH NIGHT featured Stephen Ouimette as Sir Andrew Aguecheek, Tom Rooney as Malvolio, Andrea Runge as Viola and Sara Topham as Olivia, with Ben Carlson as Feste, Trent Pardy as Sebastian, Cara Ricketts as Maria and Mike Shara as Orsino.

Broadway Near You is also behind the distribution of DRIVING MISS DAISY with Angela Lansbury and James Earl Jones; the filmed version of the production is coming to theaters this Wednesday.

The company will release four or five filmed theatrical productions this year, with aims for between 15 and 20 in the future, all picked from regional theaters, Broadway and the West End.
