Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH announced the opening of a new location at the White Plains Shopping Center in White Plains, NY. The new store, OFF 5TH's first in Westchester County, is set to open in March 2015 and will boast close to 1,000 brands, including some of the biggest names in fashion.
