The Abbey presents the Downtown Broadway Cabaret Series, which featured Broadway's Norbert Leo Butz (Big Fish) in "Memory & Mayhem Unplugged" in Orlando, Fla. Check out his performance of WICKED's showstopper "Defying Gravity" below!

Butz reprised his highly-acclaimed 54 BELOW show with Memory & Mayhem Unplugged at The Abbey on January 15th and January 16th. The show featured re-imagined arrangements from many of his Broadway musicals by Musical Director Michael Moritz, as well as contemporary songs that were an intimate part of Norbert's life growing up in rural Missouri, ranging from country and blues to rock 'n roll.

A two-time Tony Award winner, honored for his work in Catch Me If You Can and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Butz most recently starred in the Broadway musical Big Fish. Other notable roles include Fiyero in Wicked, Roger in Rent, and his Tony Award nominated performance in Thou Shalt Not.
