Lard Dog's Grown-Ups Only Late Night Show of LIFE'S A REAL DREAM Comes to PIT 5/19

This Friday, leave the kids at home, let the sitter know you are going to be late and then head on over to Peoples Improv Theater to experience Lard Dog & The Band of Shy more unbridled than you imagined possible as they hold nothing back with a late-night/adults only performance of "Life's A Real Dream" at max capacity.

Lard Dog & The Band of Shy burst onto the New York entertainment scene 2 years ago with their all ages off-Broadway show "Life's A Real Dream" and have just returned to Peoples Improv Theater for 7 show run that includes both a "Grow-Ups Only" show (this Friday 5/19) and a special autism friendly show (Saturday 6/10). With their quirky lyrics and infectious tunes the band has drawn comparisons to Devo, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Pee Wee Herman, and the B52's and has been called "One of the best things to do in New York".

The group has quite a bit going on with their new Song of the Month Project, the spring run of shows at NYC's Peoples Improv Theater and summer dates at Wolftrap, Lollapalooza and more.
