'Pitch Perfect' star Brittany Snow has been cast in the upcoming FOX comedy pilot TO MY FUTURE ASSISTANT, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The actress joins previous announced cast member Catherine O'Hara. The project, from Warner Bros. TV, will be written by Sherry Bilsing-Graham and Ellen Kreamer and executive produced by Lin Pictures' Dan Lin and Jennifer Gwartz. Peyton Reed will direct.

Based on Lydia Whitlock's blog and upcoming book To My Assistant by Lydia Whitlock, the comedy follows "assistants at a big New York law firm who band together as a family to help one another cope with the obnoxious, overbearing bosses who challenge their sanity on a daily basis."

Snow will portray 'Jen,' described as "a pretty, athletic, ambitious and tightly wound aspiring attorney who just passed the bar and is hoping for a promotion. O'Hara stars as Magda, one of the "bitchy attorneys at the firm, while Joe Egender plays a paralegal and Melissa Tang is Claire, a meltdown-prone assistant.

Snow's TV credits include starring roles in Harry's Law and American Dreams. She appeared in the role of 'Amber' in Adam Shankman's film adaptation of the Broadway musical 'Hairspray'. Her other film and TV credits include "Nip/Tuck," The Pacifier and the teen comedy 'John Tucker Must Die.'
